The LFSBuilder tool is a work in progress with lot of pending improvements and features. Some of them are:

* Properly manage errors using exceptions.
* Refactor `tool.py` into a Python package.
* Publish the tool package on [pypi.org](https://pypi.org/).
* Implement a logger class.
* Implement a timer class.
* Include builders and recipes for desktop environments.
* Improve documentation.
* Improve unit tests.
* Manage components dependencies.
